Refund, Returns Policy & Customer Service

• All returns must be first approved by Excellence Print & Design LLC and be accompanied by a Return Authorization (R.A.) Number, which must be clearly marked on the outside of the package.
• Returns may be subject to a 25% re-stocking fee.
• Refused or undelivered shipments are also subject to a 25% re-stocking fee unless the order is re-shipped within 10 business days. Secondary freight charges will apply. Customer is soley responsible for providing a accurate and complete shipping address prior to purchase. 
• Credits issued must be used within 6-months from the date of issue.
• Any discrepancies with merchandise received (ie. shortages, incorrect, damaged product, etc.) must be reported to Excellence Print & Design LLC within 24 hours of receipt.
• Prices are subject to change without notice.
• All transfers should be inspected prior to being applied on to garments. Excellence Print & design LLC is not responsible for the costs associated with any damaged or mis-printed apparel.
• Customer is responsible for all spelling, grammar, and image quality of images provided to Excellence Print & Design LLC, for transfer printing services

Methods of Payment

All orders are shipped after money order, certified check or credit/debit card (VISA, MasterCard, American Express & Discover), Paypal or wire transfer is completed. Company check and open/net accounts upon credit approval. Please allow up to 4 weeks for credit approval.

Payment Policies & Conditions

• All opening orders are subject to a $100 minimum for domestic orders and $200 for international orders.
• $50 applies to all reorders. A $15 surcharge will be added to orders under $50.
• Past due accounts are subject to a 2% per month finance charge plus Attorney’s fees and any other costs associated with collection.
• A $25 charge will apply for all returned checks.
• Wire transfers must include a $30 fee to cover costs associated with remittance and recovery of funds.

Shipping Terms & Conditions

• All orders are FOB Excellence Print & Design LLCs Fulfillment facility in Birmingham, AL.
• Unless otherwise specified, Excellence Print & Design LLC will determine the best method of transport.
• All shipments are subject to handling charges and insurance worth 100% of the shipment value. If customer declines insurance, customer is 100% responsible for the value of any shipment lost or damaged.
• Freight collect shipments are accepted only with an active account number by the specified carrier, and will include standard handling charge.

Other

• The law of the State of Alabama applies to all transactions. The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the international Sale of Goods shall not apply to any transactions.
• Nothing hereunder grants any trademark, copyright or patent rights to any purchaser of Excellence Print & Design LLC.
• The images contained on our site or in any of our catalogs may not be used for any electronic or print advertising without written permission from Excellence Print & Design LLC. All images are Copyrighted © 2022. Reproduction in any form without written permission is strictly prohibited. Any infringement of copyright or trademark will be dealt with to the fullest extent of the law.
• Excellence Print & Design LLC shall not be liable for special, incidental, consequential, indirect or other similar damages arising from breach of warranty, breach of contract, or any other legal theory, even if it has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Art Brands disclaims any express warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. EXCELLENCE PRINT AND DESIGN LLCs AGGREGATE LIABILITY UNDER THESE TERMS SHALL BE LIMITED TO THE FEES ACTUALLY PAID BY YOU IN CONNECTION WITH ART BRANDS’ SERVICES IN THE THREE (3) MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO YOUR CLAIM OR, IF NO FEES APPLY, ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100).
• You (Customer) represent and warrant: (i) that you own or have obtained the necessary rights and permissions to use all artwork that you upload to Excellence Print & Design LLCs’ website (“Your Artwork”); and (ii) that Your Artwork and your use of it here does not infringe upon any third party’s intellectual property rights. You acknowledge and agree that you alone are responsible for Your Artwork, that you shall assume all risks and liabilities associated with Your Artwork, and that Excellence Print & Design LLC, shall have no responsibility or liability for your Artwork.
• You shall indemnify and hold harmless Excellence Print & Design LLC, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, agents, heirs, and assigns from and against all claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, and fees (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) resulting from (i) your violation of these Terms; (ii) Excellence Print & Design LLC’ use of Your Artwork; (iii) your violation of any third party right; (iv) your violation of any applicable law or regulation; or (v) your negligence or willful misconduct.
